Dumpers and Column Dumpers

Low Profile Dumpers by SCR Solutions are designed to meet height restrictions that cannot be met by standard hoppers.

Dumpers can be used with presses, conveyors, or work stations to collect manufactured products and transfer them conveniently to the next station.

Every style dumper at SCR Solutions is built with super heavy duty formed base and available in different capacities.

Lifts

Lifts allow for a smooth transportation of products from one work station to another. They are easy to use and eliminate the need of fork lift trucks, ramps, and expensive pit mountings. All carts have overloading prevention device. Here are some of our lifts-

HLH Roller Conveyor Lift Carts: These are hydraulic lift carts with rollers and swivel casters with brakes. Stoppers prevent slipping of products.
Floor Level Lift Table: Adjusts to a comfortable work level. Safety toe guard protects against toe injury. These are available with either a push button hand control with 8' coil or foot control with cover.
Ball Transfer Platform: These are used for easy transportation of packages which roll over the ball transfer balls. They are adaptable to many hydraulic carts and scissor tables and can bolt onto any platform. Their capacity is 75 lbs.
